Biography

Kelsey is a Pierz native. She grew up on a farm west of Pierz Fish Lake. Her loyalty to the Pierz Pioneer sports teams has never waivered, she wore the jerseys proudly in high school and still is an avid fan. When Kelsey isn’t working, she’s outdoors. Her favorite hobbies include bow hunting, running, golfing, playing softball and being at the lake.

In 2016, Kelsey graduated from the University of North Dakota with her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Since graduation she has gone on to get her Certification in Dry Needling, an emerging technique with effective results. Kelsey has over 250 hours of continuing education, creating a dynamic skill set. Her specialties include sports medicine, orthopedics, women’s health and geriatrics.

Kelsey founded Dynamic Therapy and Wellness in the spring of 2021. She chose the word “dynamic” because of her diverse therapy skills and experience, as well as her desire to help whoever comes through the door. The vision to create DTW started in 2008, when Kelsey was in high school. Growing up in Pierz, Kelsey was fortunate to experience the support and loyalty of the Pierz community. After college she knew that she wanted to return to her hometown and give back that same commitment of service.
